Sean Gores, Principal and Operator of Gores Construction, Inc., is a General Contractor licensed in Oregon, Utah and Washington with 29 years of varied experience in the construction industry.
In the past 23 years, Sean has used his extensive construction expertise to assist property owners involved with homes and buildings in distress. Sean is knowledgeable in virtually all aspects of the construction trade including foundations, flat work, rough and finish carpentry, insulation, roofing, window and door installations, plumbing, electrical, and exterior envelope finishes.
Sean is qualified to analyze water intrusion damage, perform repairs, and act as an expert witness on a wide variety of construction defect issues. Sean has been involved in the re-construction of over 1,500 residential, commercial, and multi-family dwellings suffering water intrusion and construction defects.
In addition to providing reconstruction services in these cases, Sean has testified as an expert witness in over 600 litigation cases throughout the United States.
