Willamette Overlook Condominiums

Built in 2001 Willamette Overlook is located in Arbor Lodge directly on the N. Willamette Blvd ridge. Gores Construction performed exterior building repairs to address defective siding, decks and roof. Deck repairs included removing existing concrete topping slab, waterproofing and plywood substrate from all rear deck elevations and installing new T&G exterior grade plywood. All dry rot was repaired. New materials included James Hardie siding and trim, Tremco waterproof deck coatings and a PVC roof system.
