Village at Forest Heights is a community of 19 buildings located on top of Portland’s West Hills. Gores Construction performed repairs to siding, stucco decks (both waterproofed and non-waterproofed), flashed decks doors, and repaired water damaged sheathing and framing. Two coats of new paint was applied to the siding, trim, swing doors, front and rear deck railings.
