Todd Village Apartments

Located in Tualatin, this 37-building community was originally built in 1980. This project involved replacement of all siding and trim with new James Hardie lap and panel siding and trim over a drainable waterproof system. All the windows, sliding glass doors and sliding glass doors were replaced with new. Landings, walkways and decks were rebuilt, along with all new railings throughout.
