Tidewater Cove

Located along the Columbia River, Tidewater Cove commercial office houses a 24-hour emergency call center. The building suffered from extensive water intrusion.

Gores Construction removed brick surrounding windows and doors in order to flash store front windows. All windows and doors were reset and removed brick was repaired. The concrete at entry ways were removed, structural concrete slab was flashed, and new concrete was poured. Planters were re-constructed to include new waterproof membrane and flashing. All parking garage deck lid pavers had to be removed in order to apply a new waterproof membrane and stainless steel flashings.
