Thundering Shores

Our team recently completed a comprehensive exterior renovation at Thundering Shores, a two-building, 24-unit oceanfront property in Depoe Bay. This project focused on enhancing durability, performance, and curb appeal in a challenging coastal environment.
Key upgrades included:
• Installation of 276 new windows for improved energy efficiency and coastal resilience.
• Replacement of all 24 units rear deck doors with premium Therma-Tru full light doors to increase natural light and modernize the appearance.
• Complete deck overhauls, including partial reframing, new sheathing, Puma coating, and a new fascia-mounted Alumarail system for safety and longevity.
• Full replacement of roofing at all structures with CertainTeed Presidential 3-ply composition roofing, delivering superior weather protection and a refined finish.
• New siding at the two residential buildings featuring James Hardie straight edge shingle siding with Rustic trim, blending classic aesthetics with coastal durability.
• Upgrades to the front walkways, including new stainless steel hardware, Alumarail systems, and replacement of all damaged framing members.
