St. Andrews

The St. Andrews project in Goose Hollow included repair of numerous water damage problems causing structural collapse of the buildings.

Gores Construction removed stucco and brick to repair water damage to the framing, which was replaced with new siding and brick. All windows and doors were removed and reset to properly flash rough openings. The decks were reconstructed to achieve required slope and waterproofing.
