Oregon Nurses Association (Aspen Place)

Aspen Place is located on Lower Boones Ferry Road in the center of downtown Tualatin.

In order to flash the windows correctly, Gores Construction removed and repaired brick around all windows and doors. The third floor stucco was removed and replaced with new stucco over a rain screen drainage system. All concrete on third floor decks were removed and a new waterproof deck system with pedestal pavers over deck surfaces was installed. Any water damaged interior finishes were repaired while commercial tenant spaces remained occupied during the repair process.
