Little Creek Cove

The aging Little Creek Cove condo complex, located on the sands of Newport Beach Oregon, needed multiple repairs to bring a fresh look to the exterior.

The renovation involved removal of all siding and trim replaced with new James Hardie siding and trim over a rain screen system. All outdated windows and sliding glass doors were removed and modernized with new JELD WEN products. The project continued occupancy throughout construction.
