Located in the heart of the Pearl District, Johnson Street Townhomes is comprised of 13 units and was originally built in 1999. All of the defective stucco was removed and replaced with a traditional three-coat stucco system over a drainage system. All existing windows and doors were removed, flashed, and reset. A new IB roof membrane was installed. A Bison Ipe Wood Tile deck system was installed on roof top privacy decks. Gores Constriction also performed repairs to all damaged interior areas related to the water intrusion.
