Hunters Ridge

This mixed use complex consists of three buildings containing commercial space for residents of Sherwood. All three buildings required exterior building rehabilitation to correct faulty original construction.

Gores Construction replaced the siding and stone on all elevations. All windows, doors, and PTAC units were properly flashed in this process. The flat roof system was replaced with a new IB Roofing membrane. Waterproof decks and railings were repaired to restore them to proper use. All commercial and residential spaces maintained occupancy during the course of the project.
