Historic Willamette Retreat

All elevations required the stucco system to be removed. New wood clad windows were installed and all rough openings of all windows and doors were flashed. Structural framing that had suffered water damage was repaired. All interior finish locations that were damaged by water were repaired. Vertical cedar siding and natural stone were installed over a rain screen drainage system. Our team also constructed a 625 square-foot family room addition to the house.
