Hilltop Condominiums at Uptown

Providing a scenic view of Downtown Portland and beyond, Hilltop Condominiums was in desperate need of repairs to correct construction defects for the second time. Gores Construction was brought in to restore the value of these highly sought after units.

For this targeted scope of repairs, Gores Construction rectified issues with siding, decks, windows, and utility penetrations. Siding was removed at all bays and around all windows and penetrations to properly flash openings. All windows were replaced with new Jeld Wen vinyl windows. Existing deck membranes were removed and replaced with a new waterproof deck membrane system. All deck railings were removed and replaced with new aluminum railings.
