Heritage Place

Located in downtown Vancouver, Heritage Place Condominiums consists of two, four story buildings.

All 536 windows on this complex had been installed improperly. Gores Construction worked closely with the window manufacturer to ensure proper details were made in the installation of the windows. All windows were removed and replaced with new windows including proper flashing details.
