Contemporary Clinton

Built in 2008,  this urban duplex is located right in the trendy Clinton SE Portland neighborhood. Working closely with building owners,  Gores Construction conducted extensive repairs to the building structural framing. All siding was replaced with Hardie Lap and Vertical Cedar on a rain-screen system. Existing windows were removed and new Andersen windows were installed. Deck membranes were removed and a Westcoat ALX system was applied. Lastly, all new Hardie siding was painted and a clear coat stained was applied to the new vertical cedar giving this home an upgraded modern look.
