Columbia Channel Condominiums

Overlooking the south channel of the Columbia River in Portland, Oregon, both buildings experienced water intrusion and defect construction practices.

Gores Construction replaced the siding over a rain screen drainage system and required flashings. The original windows were reset with proper rough opening flashings. Decks were reconstructed with new waterproof membranes and decking.
