Autumn Park

In the spring of 2012, Gores Construction began work to bring back the useful life of the exterior of the Autumn Park Condominiums that were originally built in 2004.

All cladding on the front, rear, and south elevations were removed. A new cladding system was installed over a rain screen system. On all north elevations, targeted repairs were made in order to accommodate the repairs at window locations. Windows were removed and reinstalled in order to properly flash the window openings. All balconies were rehabilitated and a new waterproof membrane was applied. New roof diverters were installed and properly integrated at all roof to wall transitions.
