Amberglen Corporate Center

The Amberglen Corporate Center is an institutional grade office campus that selected Gores Construction to repair the failed stucco system causing water intrusion damage in several components of the building envelope.

One of Gores’ larger projects, it was necessary to remove brick surrounding windows and doors in order to correct installation of store front windows and doors. The failed stucco system was removed and a new stucco system was installed. Removed brick was repaired. The repairs were completed over 14 months in a multi-phased schedule to limit the daily impact on office tenants.
