Trolley Barn

Built in 2006, located in the heart of Sellwood, Oregon, Trolley Barn Condominium required exterior rehabilitation to correct faulty original construction.

Repairs required included all new siding and trim on every elevation. Gores Construction removed and replaced these components with new Hardie siding and trim. All brick terminations were repaired and missing flashing was installed. It was also necessary to replace deck ledger boards as required.
