Macadam Village

Macadam Village, located in the John’s Landing neighborhood of Portland, is commonly identified by the Zupan’s grocery store. The mixed use commercial and condo complex suffered extensive water intrusion.

Gores Construction removed and replaced all of the siding, trim and properly flashed all windows and doors. The flat roof over Zupan’s was replaced along with the multi-family decks over flat roofs.
