Lakewood Lofts and Condominiums

Lakewood Lofts Condominiums is located in the heart of beautiful downtown Lake Oswego, towering over the lake.

The complex underwent extensive construction defect repairs due to the lack of waterproofing on many building components from the original construction. Repairs included replacing all defective siding, windows and doors. Defective garage deck ventilation systems, balconies and walkways were repaired and waterproofed with a new waterproof membrane.
