Brookwood Crossing

Located in the budding city of Hillsboro, the Brookwood Crossing Townhomes suffered from multiple defects from original construction. Gores Construction coordinated closely with homeowners in order to make the necessary repairs. We removed and replaced all existing fiber cement siding and WRB on front and rear elevations, with targeted repairs occurring on all side elevations. White wood trim was removed at all existing locations and replaced with Hardie trim. Proper flashing was installed at all required locations, including at windows, doors, and decks. The repairs revitalized the townhomes and restored the value to the townhome complex.
