Braedon Heights, nestled in Portland’s West Hills and originally built in 2006, selected Gores Construction to reconstruct their community in a water tight fashion.
All stone and siding was removed, siding was replaced with James Hardie lap and shingles. New window and door head flashings were installed. Front elevation decks had new waterproof membranes installed, were properly sloped and flashed. All rear elevations had new deck ledgers installed including proper flashing integrated with sliding glass doors.
