1620 NE Broadway

This 6-story mixed-use condo building in the heart of the Lloyd district was originally constructed in 2005. Gores Construction was selected in April, 2014 to address the deteriorating waterproof decks. Necessary deck repairs required the removal and application of a new waterproof membrane to all walkways and decks. Sealant joints were replaced at all window, door and utility locations. Gores Construction worked closely with homeowners and the HOA in order to maintain owner access to their units throughout the duration of the project.
